If i travel by car ,when am i suppose to receive my travel documents And tags for the luggage? My reservation is at the movie resort

    Hi Marc,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Whenever my family travels to Walt Disney World Resort, I have found that we receive all of our travel documents after we have paid in full, anywhere from around 45 days to two weeks prior to our departure.  If you haven't received your information two weeks prior to your visit, I would suggest calling (407) 939-1936 to speak with a Cast Member.  If for some reason you do not receive your package prior to your vacation, don't worry.  We have visited Walt Disney World Resort without our package and we had absolutely no problem checking in.

I hope you have a magical vacation Marc.  Please let me know if you have any other questions as your vacation approaches.  I would be happy to help.
