Hello there Jessica, and welcome to planDisney from one Midwesterner to another!
If you're ready to start planning your trip to the
Disneyland Resort, you definitely have some options to choose from. You can do a quick internet search for a local Disney Authorized Travel Agent and speak to them about any questions you may have. You can certainly explore the
Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages as well as the Disney approved
Good Neighbor Hotel Packages, and you are able to book those on the Disneyland site when you find the perfect fit for your family.
You can always
contact the Disneyland Resort directly to speak to a helpful Cast Member about any questions you jotted down while doing your trip research, and there is an
option to email the Disneyland Resort as well if that works better for you! When I was planning my first trip for my family, I had the most pleasant conversation with a Cast Member who helped me sort out my options for our hotel and gave me some great recommendations on attractions for my son who was only a little over a year old at the time.
I also highly recommend to explore the
planDisney site, you can type in any topics that you'd like to learn more about such as hotels, attractions, dining, and then refine your search by selecting the "Disneyland" tag to help filter the results. We here at planDisney are regular Guests just like you, and we are always here to offer the most useful recommendations and advice for other fellow Guests looking to have the most magical trip!
I hope this information was helpful for you Jessica as you begin your journey of planning a trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth." If I can help with any other questions, please do not hesitate to
come back and ask me any other questions that would be helpful for your vacation!
Have a magical day!
Melissa
