Hi Chyloe! It’s never too late for one of the most popular Disney Dining experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort! Congratulations on securing a reservation for your encounter with Disney royalty (as well as a great dinner)! I’m happy to offer a few tips to assist with your planning!
First, if you prefer an earlier reservation, I recommend advising your travel agent to continue checking for other available dining times at
Cinderella’s Royal Table. Guests change their plans which sometimes results in other reservation times becoming available, even at the most popular dining locations! I don’t recommend canceling your existing reservation for 8:55 PM, but if an earlier one is preferred, and can be found, then ask your travel agent to grab it for you and then cancel your later reservation. I like later dining reservations! It is a great way to relax at the end of a long Disney Day!
Regarding your royal encounter, Disney Princesses continue to meet and greet Guests with reservations at Cinderella’s Royal Table up until the time the restaurant closes. You will get the opportunity to meet the Disney Princesses the same as a Guest would with an earlier dining experience. Keep in mind that character appearances at the Walt Disney World Resort are subject to change.
As far as your dining reservation possibly conflicting with the nightly performance of
Happily Ever After (the fireworks show), I think you are going to be just fine! Happily Ever After is currently scheduled to launch at 8:00 PM during the first two weeks of November. This nighttime spectacular lasts just under 20 minutes. The show will be done well before your 8:55 PM reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table! Please note that showtimes at the Walt Disney World Resort are subject to change.
Chyloe, I believe your date with Disney royalty awaits and will be conflict-free! Have a wonderful time at Magic Kingdom Park!
Happy Planning!
