Our travel agent told us that our hopper (park) passes will be picked up at time of check in, is this correct? We got a packet form Disney that had bagage tags and Mag Exp info but no park tickets.

    Hi Aubrey!!

Your travel agent is correct.  Your Park Hopper Tickets will be waiting on you at check in.  Actually, you will not even "see" your tickets.  They will be loaded onto your Key to the World Card(s).  Your Key to the World Cards will be your room key, tickets, and even a charge card if you put a credit/debit card on your account.  If you purchased the Disney Dining Plan, all of your dining credits will be loaded to your card(s) as well.  The Key to the World Cards add to the convenience of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  It helps only having to keep up with one card per person instead of keeping up with separate room keys, tickets, credit cards, etc.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!!

    Have a magical trip!
