First things first, let's see how your son is listed on your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Go ahead and open your app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, and scroll all the way down. Then, select the My Profile option, click on the Family & Friends List tab and click on your son's misspelled name. If his plans show as "Managed by Me", you'll be able to click on the Update Info button and edit it out right there.
Sarah, if you're unable to do this through the My Disney Experience mobile app, you will need to
speak to a friendly Technical and Website Support Cast Member at 0800 16 90 749, or visit a Guest Relations location throughout the
Walt Disney World Resort to have them change it for you. However, it really doesn't matter! As long as your son is the only one who tries to use those tickets, you won't encounter any issues whatsoever.
Please be extra careful when trying to change anything on your own, because I really don't want you accidentally deleting your son's account and therefore losing his Theme Park reservations so close to your trip. My suggestion would be to keep everything as is, and then have a Cast Member change it for you in person. I hope that your vacation is as magical as you expect it to be, Sarah!
