Our Travel Agent is pricing our trip with hopper passes - I know the diff. between those and base tickets- it is quite a price diff. For our first trip and knowing we will be at one park per day-wouldn't this be the way to go..what are your experinces?

Hi Mary.   You are correct that there is a marked difference between the cost of base Magic Your Way tickets and ones with the Park Hopper option.

Since you already believe that you don't plan to visit multiple parks on the same day, it does not appear that this feature will benefit you much.    This also happens to be what my family and I typically do (one and done).   However, here are a few things to consider while finalizing your decision:
    1. While you will not be able to visit a second park on the same day without the Park Hopper option, you can return to the same park should you choose to leave for a mid-day break.
    2. You don't indicate your length of stay, however, you should be aware that Magic Kingdom and Epcot will be the two parks with the most to see and could require a second visit.   If you were planning to visit more than one day in each park but are limited to say just one additional day, the park hopper option would allow you to revisit these parks easier.
    3. If after arriving you find that the Park Hopper option would be beneficial, you can elect to upgrade your ticket and purchase the Park Hopper feature at that time.
