I am a travel agent and a patron. We have one unused 5 day park hopper arm band/ticket from May 2019. The person was not able to attend with the rest of us so my question is this ticket still good and can we change the name?

Hello Tina! Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope your stay at The Most Magical Place on Earth was perfect in every way imaginable! However, I'm sorry to hear that a member of your traveling party was unable to join you last May.

The Walt Disney World Resort discontinued the no expiration option for Disney Parks tickets in February 2015. The five-day Park Hopper ticket that you purchased would have to have been used within eight days from your start date. The Walt Disney World Resort does offer various cancellation plans for Guests who require a change of plans. Some reservations, such as a room-only reservation, allow Guests to cancel up to five days prior to the start of their reservation, without penalty. Other plans, such as a Magic Your Way Base Package have a 31-day cancellation policy. I hope that this information is helpful with future Walt Disney World Resort vacations.

Tina, please feel to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can ever be of any assistance as you plan your future vacations.
