When our travel agent made our ADRs she was told that bus service is no longer available for guests with early breakfast reservations before the parks open, so we will need to take a taxi. Can you confirm if this is true? Thanks! (Staying @ POP 9/7-9/14)

Hi Chad! I have not been given this information that any bus service is now discontinued. What has been in place is an early park bus that will also drop guests off at nearby resorts that might also have the early Character dining such as Chef Mickey. This has been starting around 6:30am.  When you check into your resort please ask the concierge for clarification about the transportation and the timing and procedures.

To be honest I usually do recommend to resort guests who have these early times to definitely take a taxi. This will give you more time to let the kids sleep and you won't have the stress about whether the bus will get you where you need to be on time. The cost might be as much as $15 for this one way trip and well worth the extra to spend on it in my opinion.
