meet Mirabel at Magic Kingdom Park to the
opening of the much-anticipated Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana in EPCOT. These are the kinds of moments that make
Memory Maker well worth purchasing in advance, especially when my husband and I discovered that we really only needed to purchase one between the two of us.
In terms of whether you'll be able to return this purchase, the official
Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions at Walt Disney World Resort currently state the following:
"Memory Maker is non-refundable (except if purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package) and non-transferable. When purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package, Memory Maker is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the Disney Resort Hotel package."I took the opportunity to confirm with the Guest Relations Cast Members but since we can't tell from your question whether this was purchased as part of a
Disney Resort Hotel package, this may have to be a conversation you'll need to have directly with your travel agent regarding what they may be able to do for you in this instance. We highly value our travel agent for their familiarity with Walt Disney World Resort policies and being able to resolve any hiccups along the way, so I hope yours can be just as helpful!
One of the ways that we have definitely made the most of our Memory Maker investment was by booking a
Capture Your Moment photo session in the Theme Parks, which gave us nearly instant access to download and share hundreds of photos taken by our photographer once we had finished our sessions! I hope it works out for you all in the end, and don't hesitate to
