is there a travel agency/service that can assist w/ planning a first visit to WDW, who will know ins n' outs of planning a visit w/ a toddler? (i.e. where to stay, how long to stay, time of year, etc...) want to make the visit as memorable as possible!

    Hi Andrea!

We here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel can help you every step of the way! As a mom of three, including a toddler, I would be happy to help you with any questions you may have! You can begin by visiting disneyworld.com and signing up for your "My Disney Experience" account. You can also download the My Disney Experience App! Here you can search for your hotel, dining and even plan your itineraries! The best thing is that once you plan, you can link all of your reservations and view and modify your plans from your mobile phone!

First and foremost, you need to pick your travel dates. I tend to avoid visiting when its too hot (summer) or too crowded (Holidays). I would recommend that you stay a minimum of four days, so that you can visit each park. When I plan my trips to Walt Disney World,  I start my planning by selecting my Disney hotel. I base my decision on what type of setting we are in the mood for (safari, camping, luxury, whimsical, etc) and convenience.  (When my boys were both toddlers and I had to travel with a double stroller, I always chose a resort with the monorail transportation, such as Disney's Contemporary Resort,  as I was not required to fold the stroller.) Once the hotel is selected, I look up the park hours for the days I will be visiting, paying close attention to the Extra Magic Hours. Then I plan my park visits and dining reservations accordingly. I try to visit the parks on the days they have the extra magic hours so that we can enjoy it to the max! Hope this helps!!

I am sure that you will have tons of questions! If I can help you further, send them my way!

    Happy Planning!
