    A travel agency helped me book my visit to Disney. I am having trouble logging into account and need helping booking our days in the park

    Hi Kimberly, welcome to planDisney. Thanks for bringing us your question, and I hope to help you get on track to enjoy your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. 

    First up, if you haven't already done so, please set up a My Disney Experience account. Your travel agent should be able to supply you with a confirmation number that you can use along with the Lead Passenger Surname to link your reservation in My Disney Experience. There is sometimes a time lag of 48 hours before you can link your booking to My Disney Experience, and this wait may be a little longer when using an external travel agent. You can contact your travel agent to confirm their usual timeline and procedures. 

    Once you have linked in My Disney Experience, you will have the same access and capabilities as anyone who booked directly to make an on-the-day purchase of Genie+, for example. You will also use My Disney Experience to book your Park Pass Reservations once you have linked your tickets. You will also be able to view and confirm all your reservations in the App too. 

    The My Disney Experience app really becomes one of your best friends at Walt Disney World. From Park tickets and mobile orders to up-to-date wait times, all options and information are available right in your pocket. There's a handy planDisney video that talks through all the latest and greatest technology solutions available to Guests at Walt Disney World. It's worth a watch! 

    Have you decided on the first ride you want to try? I strongly suggest the TRON Lightcycle/Run. You can use your My Disney Experience App to obtain a virtual queue for this ride on the morning of your visit.
