Hi Alessia, welcome to planDisney!
The holidays make an early appearance at
Walt Disney World Resort, which is merry news for your November visit. Cinderella Castle has some seasonal competition when it comes to photo backdrops in Magic Kingdom Park; the enormous holiday tree that greets Guests as soon as they enter Main Street, U.S.A., graced the front of my family's Christmas card this year.
Valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, admission card, or Disney MagicMobile pass) are currently required for theme park entry. I understand you purchased two tickets through a travel agency and plan to pick up admission cards upon arrival. Even without your admission cards in hand, it's possible to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. There should be some form of email or paperwork from your travel agency or the Walt Disney Travel Company that includes a confirmation number for your ticket purchase. That confirmation number can be used to link the tickets to your My Disney Experience account
online or in the
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom righthand corner of the app's homepage --> Tickets and Passes --> "+" --> Link Tickets and Passes).
It's important to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account as soon as possible so you can consult the theme park reservation availability calendar and make your theme park reservations. Theme park reservations can be made
online or in the My Disney Experience app ("+" on the bottom of the app's homepage --> Make or Modify Park Reservations).
Once the tech pieces of your vacation are in place, Alessia, it's time to start dreaming about the innovative attractions, the incredible entertainment, and (my favorite) the delicious food! Please let planDisney know if we can be of further assistance with regard to any of those categories.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
