The trash and towel service, does that include making the beds as well? And if we "pay" for extra towels once will they replace ALL the towels without an additional fee? Just trying to figure out if it worth paying the extra to have it done more

    Hello, Erin!

    This is a great question!

According to dvcmember.com, under Frequently Asked Questions, "Trash & Towel" services and full cleaning services are alternately provided on every fourth day of your stay."

We've found that when this service is provided, the trashcans are emptied, towels are replaced and standard supplies, such as tissues, shampoo and dishwasher detergent are replenished as well. If we've gotten extra towels, these have also been replaced; however, there has been a time or two when those extra towels were removed and not replaced. A simple phone call to Housekeeping took care of that very quickly, however. No worries! Regarding making the beds on Trash and Towel days, ours were made on our most recent stay in our three-bedroom Grand Villa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village; the villa was vacuumed, too.

It's great to come home after a day in the parks to find that someone pixie-dusted the entire villa, as if Snow White's woodland friends cleaned up while we were away. :-)

Have a wonderful trip! Be sure to send more questions as you think of them; I'd love to help!
