Another transportation question :). Thank you! We are travelling from epcot to the grand floridian... How many monorail rides does that total? Can I get there by water?

    Hi Sheila,

I love Disney transportation questions!  Thanks for posting your question to the Moms Panel.

To get from Epcot to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, you'll need to either take a bus or you could board the monorail at the front of the theme park.  Once the Epcot monorail reaches the Ticket & Transportation Center, transfer to the resort monorail.  Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will be the second stop after you transfer monorails.  So, in total, you will need to ride either one Disney bus or two monorails to reach your destination.  The bus is more direct but, in my opinion, the monorail is more fun.  There is no all-water route from Epcot to your destination.

    Have fun!
