Is there transportation provided fr Downtown Dis. to any theme park?If you're at a park & had to leave(forgot something at hotel for ex), when you come back, does your ticket allow re-entry? Would you pay for parking a 2nd time?Any tips much appreciate

    Hi Catherine!

You've asked some great questions about the particulars of getting around Walt Disney World--I love these questions!

Direct transportation is not available from Downtown Disney to the Disney Parks.  You'll find that Disney Transportation will take you to the Walt Disney World Resort hotels from Downtown Disney.

If you are leaving one of the parks and re-entering the same park on the same day, you can re-enter.  For example: You leave Magic Kingdom Park to head to Disney's Contemporary Resort to dine at Chef Mickey's.  You can leave the park, enjoy your meal, and then head back over to Magic Kingdom Park to enjoy the rest of your day!

As for parking, you'll pay for parking when you first arrive to park that day.  Do make sure you keep that receipt, because if you leave and head back to your resort for rest or a pool break, you'll present it again upon re-entry.  Also, keep in mind, guests that stay at Walt Disney World Resort hotels receive complementary parking.

    Have a magical vacation!
