Yes, Disney does offer
Disney Cruise Line transportation from Port Canaveral to all
Disney Resort hotels at Walt Disney World. However, this transportation is only offered as an add-on to a
Disney Cruise Line reservation, as the buses only run from the terminal a Disney ship is docked at on the day of disembarkation. Since it sounds like you'll be sailing on a different cruise line, this transportation won't be available to you.
I know this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, yet I have some ideas for you. If I were traveling from Port Canaveral to
Walt Disney World for any reason other than disembarking a Disney Cruise, I'd either rent a car and make the easy drive myself or I'd consider ride share as an option. Alternately, you could inquire with your cruise line provider about whether transportation is available through them to Orlando International Airport. From there, you could look into other
transportation options from the airport to Walt Disney World.
