Welcome to planDisney, Peter! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. One of the reasons I love vacationing at Walt Disney World is the robust
complimentary transportation system that gets me where I need to go. Transportation is going to be a big part of your trip, so I'm happy to let you know exactly how it works!
The complimentary transportation option at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort is the
resort bus system. You'll find clearly marked bus stops right outside the main lobby area at All-Star Music, and buses come and go all day long to each of the four Theme Parks as well as
Disney Springs. Just check the digital boards at the stop or the
My Disney Experience app to see when the next bus is arriving. Buses typically run about every 20 minutes, sometimes even faster, and they start running well before park opening and continue until well after the parks close, so whether you're heading out for early entry or staying for fireworks, they've got you covered.
If you're looking for a faster or more private ride, you can also order a
Minnie Van through the Lyft app. These are fun red-and-white polka dot vans driven by friendly Cast Members, and they can pick you up right at your resort and drop you off at the closest possible location to your destination. For example, at Magic Kingdom, Minnie Vans drop off right near the park gates, whereas other rideshare services stop at the Transportation and Ticket Center.
So, whether you're hopping on a complimentary bus or cruising in a Minnie Van like a VIP, All-Star Music has convenient options to get you to the magic and back with ease.
I hope this answers your question, Peter, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
