    What are the transportation options from the airport to Aulani?

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm always excited to chat about my family's favourite Disney beach getaway  - Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa truly is paradise. Nestled on the stunning island of O‘ahu, it truly is a slice of paradise. My kids still talk about going back, and I have to admit, I hear the call of the sea too! It sounds like you're in full vacation-planning mode and looking into transportation options to Aulani - great choice! Let’s go over the details.

    Guests flying to Aulani will arrive at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), which is about a 30-minute drive from the resort (depending on traffic). You have a few options to get there:

    • Rental Car - perfect when you want to explore the island like my family did
    • Shuttle - several third-party companies provide shuttle services to Aulani
    • Taxi/Rideshare - available right at the airport
    • Luxury Transfers - Aulani's recommended provider is Platinum Limousine Services
    • Public Transportation - not the most convenient option for those with luggage
