    Is there transportation from Disneyworld Resort to Disney cruise in Miami?

    Hi there, Nora! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Sounds like you're in for a real treat! Not only will you be sailing on the Disney Magic from Miami, but you'll also be enjoying a "whole new world" at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. Our absolute most memorable Disney trip was a land and sea adventure, exploring theme parks and tropical destinations in a single vacation!

    At this time, there's no ground transportation from Walt Disney World to Miami. Your best bet would be to rent a car or arrange air transportation from Orlando to Miami. A few rental car companies have locations near PortMiami and will even shuttle you to the port for embarkation. For your reference, driving from Orlando to Miami is approximately 4 hours.

    If you choose to take a "magic carpet" and fly from Orlando to Miami, Disney Cruise Line does offer ground transportation to and from Miami International Airport and PortMiami. Ground transfers can be added by contacting Disney Cruise Line at least three days prior to your voyage.
