Can you get transport to all Disney parks from Magic Kingdom

    Hi Billy! Welcome to planDisney!

I’m so happy to have you stop by with your question! Transportation at the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite things about vacationing there. I love that once you arrive, you don’t have to worry again about how you are going to get to your destination. There will always be a mode of transportation waiting to take you to the next fun experience. Where else can you cruise on a boat in the morning, take a monorail ride in the afternoon, and then hop on a bus at the end of the day! And I didn't even mention the most exciting one of all, that being the Disney Skyliner! A big part of the fun is just getting around from place to place!

Traveling from the Magic Kingdom Park to any of the three theme parks is as simple as can be. To get to EPCOT, take the monorail to the Ticket & Transportation Center and transfer onto the EPCOT monorail. To get to Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, you’ll need to head to the bus terminal and take the appropriate bus directly to the park. There will be signs once you get out there to point you in the right direction.

There are a few things to keep in mind when visiting multiple parks on the same day. Make sure that you have purchased park hopper tickets to be able to enter another park on that day. You will not need park reservations for any park you plan to visit after the first park of the day. Park hopping begins at 2 PM, so you will not be able to switch parks until that time. Also, bus transportation will typically not run from park to park until just before this time, so plan accordingly when switching parks.

Billy, I’m not sure if this is your plan, but many Guests have attempted the four-park challenge before. The fun behind this is being able to experience each theme park all on the same day. Since you’ll be beginning your day at the Magic Kingdom, I suggest park hopping to Animal Kingdom at 2 PM. Once you leave there, take a bus to Hollywood Studios, followed by the Disney Skyliner to the International Gateway at EPCOT. I’ve done this once before and although it is a lot of travel, it can make for an unforgettable experience. I would recommend having one or two must-dos at each park and giving yourself enough time to get between each stop.

I hope you have a magical time during your upcoming stay!
