    Hi I transferred from the UK Prison Government service 2011 into Australian government position and still employed would this enable me to purchase the discounted Disneyland Paris Park passes. Regards Jayne

    Welcome to planDisney, Jayne! Thank you for visiting us with your question about your plans to visit Disneyland Paris this summer, and wow, what a journey to get there! I have just returned from my most recent trip to Disneyland Paris, and my family had such a fun time. Your trip will be here before you know it!

    There are no current discounts available for those in the prison service; only 2-day 2-park special rate military tickets, which are only available for active and retired military personnel with a military ID from either France, the UK, or the USA. I am sorry this is not the answer you hoped for, Jayne, but there is another option to make significant savings through the Hotel + Ticket Packages. In fact, the value is so good that no further military discounts can be applied to these packages, as the park tickets are already so heavily discounted. The Disneyland Paris website features a really handy tool to compare the prices of Hotel + Ticket Packages. We have often found that amending our stay by just a couple of days can make a big difference to the price.

    This August is a great time to visit Disneyland Paris, as you will find the Disney Music Festival has taken over Disneyland Park, with entertainment throughout the day in each of the Lands! I cannot recommend the Disney Music Hits Concert enough; it was fantastic, and even featured DJs Chip and Dale!
