I transferred ‘manage my travel plan’ to my sons email who can manage his own ticket/ itinerary for park tickets, however, he isn’t interested and wants me to plan.. how do I get control again of his tickets and passes! Help please.

Hi there, Fiona! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for your visit! I’d be happy to chat with you about your Family & Friends list. It’s great to share in the planning with your loved ones, but I understand that your son does not wish to take part in it. It is often nice to let someone else take the reins and enjoy the ride! Do not worry, as you can modify his status within your list with just a few short clicks. Simply navigate to your son’s name within the list, click on Update, and choose to stop sharing plans from there. Alternately, it is possible for more than one person to be able to modify plans. If he doesn’t want to make or change plans, that is fine! However, you should still be able to do so as well. You can confirm this by contacting Disney Reservations if you have any trouble.

Fiona, I hope that this information helps you continue to plan and dream for those you love most! If we can help in any other way, do not hesitate to come back and see us!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
