According to the
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Terms and Conditions, Magic Keys are non-transferable. These terms and conditions were agreed upon by the guest and Disney at the time of purchase. Passes remain the property of Disney, and if Disney feels a guest has violated these rules, then Disney reserves the right to revoke the pass from the pass holder. So unfortunately, whether the Magic Key is used or brand new, it cannot be transferred to another guest.
