    Transfer tickets

Welcome to planDisney, Connie! We are so glad you've stopped by! I love that you are straight to the point! However, there are a few ways that we could interpret your inquiry and hopefully, I will be able to help.

Did you purchase tickets to Disneyland Resort, but can no longer attend and want to transfer your tickets to another Guest? You are able to transfer and change the name on wholly, unused tickets to another Guest by calling in or chatting with a Cast Member in the Disneyland app.

Maybe you purchased tickets for a party with your Disney account and now want the other Guests in your party to have their tickets on their account. If this is the case, all you need to do is share their ticket ID # or barcode with them and they will be able to add it to their own Disney account. A ticket can be linked to more than one Disney account and it's extremely helpful for at least one person in the party to have all tickets linked to their account to easily make selections for the whole group for Lightning Lanes if you will be using Lighting Lane Multi Pass or Single Pass

Connie, I hope one of these two answers helped you out. If I got it wrong, I apologize. I'd love to be able to help you out more, so feel free to send us another more detailed question to help you out. We are here to answer all your planning questions! See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
