Hey there, hi there, Merrick! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with such a great holiday planning question.
Before you know it, you'll be arriving at
Walt Disney World Resort, ready to begin your magical family adventure, and I couldn't be more excited for you. It looks as if you will get there just in time to catch the last few days of the
50th Anniversary Celebration, and even though the party may be coming to an end, the fun and magic will still be in full swing! Now, let's tie up your loose planning ends so you can sit back, relax and start your pixie-dusted countdown.
I am more than happy to walk you through the steps of transferring the management of your grandson's Walt Disney World tickets and plans from your
My Disney Experience account to your grandson's mother's account. First, make sure that his mother has her own My Disney Experience account and that she is properly connected to your
Family & Friends list. Then, have her log in to her My Disney Experience account, navigate to her Family & Friends list, scroll down and click "Add a Guest." She should select that she would like to add the Guest through her connected Guests, and she can then select your grandson.
Since you are currently managing your grandson's plans, you will receive an email invitation to now make plans with his mother. Accept that invitation and bibbidi bobbidi boo! His mother should now be able to access his tickets and plans, make plans for him, make
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane selections for him (on the day of the theme park visit), and more! Happy planning!
I hope this was helpful, Merrick, and I hope you and your family have a jolly holiday! Please stop by any time with any questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon,
Mandy
