Is there a way to transfer luggage from one hotel to another without being present? We are switching hotels 1/2 way into our trip. We don't want to miss park time by switching hotels. want to send luggage in am and go to parks for the day

    Hi Amie!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are getting ready for an incredible "split stay" at Walt Disney World Resort, where you will be able to experience two Disney Resort hotels during your trip! I love "split stays" because all of the Disney Resort hotels have unique theming, dining and charm and it's so nice to be able to enjoy multiple experiences during your vacation.

When you are enjoying a "split stay", the Disney Resort hotels make your transition between hotels so easy. On your transition day, simply call Bell Services at your first Disney Resort hotel from your room when you are ready to head out. Let them know that you will be transferring to a new Disney Resort hotel and that you would like assistance with your luggage. They will securely transfer all of your luggage right to your second Disney Resort hotel, leaving you free to enjoy your day exploring Walt Disney World Resort.

On our last "split stay", our transition between Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort was so smooth. Once we left our bags with Bell Services, used resort transportation to head right to the theme parks and enjoyed a magical day before returning to our new vacation "home" for the second part of our trip!

Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
