Hey howdy hey, Bobbi!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question about Disneyland Resort
eTickets. It sounds like you're hoping to share some Disney magic with a friend or family member by transferring a
Disneyland Resort theme park ticket to them. I'm happy to help you out with this - you've got a friend in me!
It's important to note a few points from the Disneyland Resort
eTicket Terms and Conditions before sharing your eTicket, Bobbi:
- eTickets may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for goods or services.
- Only eTickets that are wholly unused may be transferred. Once an eTicket is scanned for entrance by a Guest, it is tied to that specific individual for the remainder of its use.
- Any applicable eligibility requirements for promotional theme park ticket types (e.g., military, California resident) must be met by the Guest using the eTicket.
Bobbi, since eTickets are not assigned to a Guest until they're scanned at the Main Entrance to either
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park, it's easy to share them with your favorite deputy (er, buddy)! I recommend transferring the eTicket by emailing the confirmation to your friend or family member. Then, they can access the eTicket using the eTicket viewer link in the email to scan the barcode at the theme park's Main Entrance. That's all, Bobbi - your pal is ready for their rootinest, tootinest Disneyland day!
Whether your buddy will be reaching for the sky on
Incredicoaster at Disney California Adventure Park or defending the galaxy on
Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, I'm certain they'll be eternally grateful that you transferred your eTicket to them, Bobbi! If you ever have additional planning questions, please feel free to swing by planDisney again anytime. We're happy to help!
To infinity and beyond,
Lauren
