Can I transfer or cancel my purchased tickets online on April 30, 2021?

    Hello Bernadette,

Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney, and thanks for your question!

Tickets purchased for the Disneyland Resort theme parks are nonrefundable, so there wouldn't be a way for you to cancel your ticket purchase for a refund. However, you can have the name on the ticket changed, and to do this you'll need the assistance of Disneyland Resort Cast Members. You can contact the Disneyland Resort Tickets team at (714) 781-4636. It's also helpful to know that the amount you paid for your unused tickets could be applied towards the purchase of new tickets, so you might want to plan a future visit to the theme parks to enjoy all the magic.

When you call the Disneyland Resort for assistance, you'll want to keep in mind that hold times could be longer than typical when the call volume is high.

Bernadette, I hope you get to plan a visit to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park real soon! When you do start planning, please come back and ask us here at planDisney if you'd like any recommendations for your visit. We're always happy to help offer suggestions based on our own Disney vacations as a way to help you make the most of the magic.

And here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
