Hi there, Karen!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you sailed by with your question about planning a Disney Cruise Line vacation. I love any kind of vacation, but a Disney Cruise is by far my favorite kind of vacation! I love that you already get
so much included with your reservation including food (lots and lots of food!), entertainment (always incredible talent onboard!), fun (non-stop fun and activities!) and characters (I mean, who wouldn’t want to cruise with Captain Mickey himself?!?)!! You simply cannot go wrong with a Disney Cruise Line vacation!
Disney Cruise Line releases itineraries throughout the year, and typically itineraries are released anywhere from 15-18 months ahead of sailings. Currently the schedule goes through March 2020, so I would anticipate that the next schedule release would include the
transatlantic sailings for 2020. Typically, the transatlantic voyages are scheduled for May (eastbound) and September (westbound), but one can never be sure until the schedule is out! I recommend keeping a close eye on the Disney Cruise Line website and
Disney Parks Blog site where information will first be released.
Transatlantic voyages are so much fun! My family sailed eastbound this past May to Barcelona and had an incredible time onboard and at the unique ports of call we visited. It’s always nice to have an extended time onboard because you get to enjoy everything that Disney Cruise Line offers for even longer!
Please come back with any other questions you may have about planning a Disney Cruise Line vacation!
