Howdy Jillian!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question today, it sounds like your planning is well-underway for your Disney World trip next month.
The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort offers many activities such as archery, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and trail rides on a Segway - there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Tri Circle D Ranch, home to more than 90 horses and ponies, is located on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon. There is a boat launch nearby with routes: one takes you straight to Magic Kingdom, and the other loops around Bay Lake, stopping at Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The Ranch area is lovely to wander and explore and there is plenty to see. If you’re looking for a snack and coffee, a short stroll away, you’ll find Pioneer Hall - home of the Hoop Dee Doo Review,
Trail’s End Restaurant - a Quick Service dining location, and Crockett’s Tavern (open after 3pm). The
Settlement Trading Post also offers snacks and beverages for sale and is a short walk from Tri Circle D Ranch.
I am certain you’ll find the perfect snack to eat while the rest of your party enjoys their activities, you will have to make some decisions about what to enjoy! I hope you have a wonderful time at Disney World next month. If you have any other vacation planning questions, please
let me know!
See ya real soon,
Candace
