Would like to do a trail ride but bf can't be convinced.. What can he do nearby while I ride? I'd also like to visit the stables with the percherons etc from what I can see these are in different places at FW? Need to keep him happy while I indulge!

No worries Catherine! While you are enjoying your trail ride, your friend will have a myriad of nearby recreational activities to choose from. Even Grumpy, the grouchiest of Snow White's dwarf friends, would be happy and well entertained at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.

To make things a bit easier for you, all of Walt Disney World's horses-including the beautiful Percherons and Belgians- live at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch located at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. While you ride the trail and visit the stables, your guy can take advantage of the recreational activities offered at the resort. Archery, wagon rides, fishing, an arcade, and a petting zoo are available. Boat, bike, and canoe rentals are also options. Check out the recreation options at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort to see what appeals to your boyfriend most.

Enjoy your trip across the Atlantic to see Mickey!
