Trading into DVC 10/12-19, then POR 19-25. Wanted dining plan for both weeks (possibly free for POR If offered). If I put 8day tckts on MYW for POR can't use them during DVC week. Will cost extra $600 to split the tckts up. What to do now? Very frustrated!

    Hi Jessica,

When purchasing a vacation package, you will need to pay cash for the resort room, the Disney Dining Plan (hopefully this will be free), and Magic Your Way tickets.  These tickets are activated on the first day of your stay at the resort.  In your case, they would be activated on October 19th when you check into Port Orleans-Riverside.  These tickets are good for 14 days after activation.  I confirmed with a Cast Member that you may purchase tickets for longer than the length of stay.  In order for you to use the tickets when you are at the Disney Vacation Club resort, this stay must be after your stay at Port Orleans.  I am sorry if this is frustrating for you.  I would suggest either moving your Port Orleans stay so that it will be before you move to the DVC resort.  I wanted you to have the Vacation Package Booking phone number so that you can either change the reservation or add on the tickets.  It is (407) 939-7675.  I know this will all work out for you.  Thank you for the question and please let me know if I can help you in any other way, Jessica.
