    Does trader sams grog grotto take reservations?

    Hi Shannon,

    You don't need reservations to unwind at Trader Sam's Grog Grotto in Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. That said, because this fantastically fun hideaway is new to Walt Disney World Resort, you'll want to get there early for your choice of seating.

    I was able to stop in just a couple weeks ago with one of my fellow Panelists and we had a great time! We arrived about 5 minutes before they opened at 4:00 PM and a line of thirsty islanders had already formed.

    Trader Sam's Grog Grotto is a fun and casual environment that is full of surprises and definitely worth a visit. I recommend the HippopotoMai-Tai, which is delicious and served in a souvenir Tiki Glass!
