Can i trade in old bubble wands at the parks

    Hiya, Christina!

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your bubble wand question! As a mom of two girls, ages 4 and 8, I completely understand the bubble wand love. Ours come along on practically every Disney World visit and always add a little extra sparkle to our day.

So, let’s pop right into your question! Unfortunately, an older bubble wand cannot be exchanged for a new one simply because of its age. According to the Walt Disney World Resort return policy, new merchandise may generally be returned or exchanged within 30 days. With a receipt, the refund is typically issued to the original form of payment. Without a receipt, a Disney Parks Merchandise Credit may be issued based on the item’s current selling price.

In my own experience, we once had an issue with a brand-new Zootopia bubble wand purchased at Animal Kingdom. Since we had bought it the day before, still had the receipt, and the wand was defective, a wonderful Cast Member was able to exchange it for us.

Christina, I hope this helps clear away any bubbles of confusion! Please feel free to stop by planDisney again with any additional questions.

    See you real soon!
