    How can I track my reservation if it was booked over the phone.

    Hi Mercedes,
    Thanks for bringing your question to the Mom's Panel!  You can track a reservation which you made by phone by going online and setting up a profile.  Here is how to do that:

    Visit www.disneyworld.com. Across the top of the website you will see a bar that reads: Parks, Places to Stay, Things to Do, Where to Eat.  Under this bar is a thinner bar where you will click 'My Disney Vacation' (it has an icon of a little suitcase beside it).  Chose the top option, 'Profile'.  Fill in your profile, and you will be able to register using your reservation number. 

    Once your profile is set up, you will be able to see your resort reservation, dining reservations and so on.  You will even be able to take advantage of the online advanced check in service (which is available within 10 days of  your arrival).   I hope this helps - have a magical vacation!
