    We would like to track our magic band shipment. How?

    Hi, Mary! 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Like Rafiki says, "it is time!" Your vacation is literally around the corner. 

    You should have received an email from Disney Destinations with the subject line, Great News: your MAGICBAND package has shipped! In this email is your USPS MagicBand Tracking Number. I hope you received this email, sometimes they can end up in spam. 

    Another option is to login to your My Disney Experience Account and select "My Reservations & Tickets." At the top are your notifications in orange - you should see something like this: 

    "Good news––your MagicBand package is on the way! Your package is being sent via US MAIL PARCEL POST and your tracking number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx."

    If for some reason your MagicBands did not ship, it will state that they will be waiting for you at the front desk of your Walt Disney World® Resort hotel. 

    If no notifications are present on your My Disney Experience Account regarding your MagicBands, call Guest Services, they'll be able to track them down for you. Just have your resort hotel confirmation number ready and call (407) 939-5277.
