Is there a way to track my children’s location through their wristbands?

    Hi Elizabeth!

MagicBands are an awesome addition to a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It's so nice to have access to your theme park tickets, FastPass+ reservations and Memory Maker account with just the touch of your MagicBand. Plus, if you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can use your MagicBands to access your hotel room and to make purchases that are charged to your room account.

My little ones love using their MagicBands during their vacation! They love being able to touch their MagicBand when we enter the theme parks and they think it's so much fun to unlock our room doors all by themselves! MagicBands cannot be used to locate Guests or track them through the theme parks, even for little Mouseketeers. Many families I know place identification information on their little ones on their shoelaces, with custom temporary tattoos or even a simple permanent marker so if their little ones get lost, they can find the nearest Cast Member and use that identification information to locate you. If your little ones happen to get lost during your trip, find your nearest Cast Member so they can help you reunite as soon as possible. Another good safety tip is to take a picture of your little ones every morning before you start your magical day so you know the exact clothing they are wearing just in case they do get lost.
