Hi, Shilene!
Welcome back to
planDisney, and thank you for stopping by again to ask us a question about
parking at the
Disneyland Resort as you prepare for your upcoming magical vacation.
At the Toy Story Parking Area, the buses that provide Guest transportation to the Main Entrance Esplanade between
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park can accommodate most standard-sized mobility devices such as ECVs and wheelchairs. Another option is to park in the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure or Pixar Pals Parking Structure where tram service provides transportation to the Esplanade, but Guests with mobility devices may also use the complimentary Shuttle Service from the trams.
If you have a valid disabled parking placard or license plate, please follow the posted signs or ask a Cast Member at the toll plazas for the best parking option for you. If a disabled parking space is not available, a Cast Member can direct you to a space as close as possible to an elevator at the parking structures or to bus transportation at the Toy Story Parking Area.
When parking in one of the large structures, a handy tool to use is the Car Locator service. It is a free feature accessible in the
Disneyland mobile app that allows you to store your parking area, level, and row number once you’ve parked. When you return, you can use the saved vehicle information to find your parking spot easily! This feature works best when you enable Location Services, Bluetooth technology, and notifications on your mobile device.
I hope this information is helpful, Shilene, and that your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is a dream come true! Please don’t hesitate to write back with more questions for us as your trip approaches.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
