Since Town hall in MK has been remodeled and changed to a character meet and greet location, is there still the theater in the back that people can view cartoons and rest?

    Hello Lisa!

During the remodeling of Town Square Theater the theaters were removed to make room for Mickey Mouse and your favorite Disney Princesses meet and greet, who were previously located in what is now apart of the New Fantasyland.  Not to worry though,  there are lots of places that you can stop for an afternoon rest.  One of my favorite ways to rest in the afternoon is to ride the Monorail, just be careful the movement and cool air can have sleep inducing effects. If you have any children in your group, I suggest heading over to Tom Sawyer Island.  The children can explore while the adults find a shady area for resting.  Let's not forget two attractions that are great for resting, The Hall of Presidents and Carousel of Progress.  I enjoy both attractions, having used them many times to rest and calm fussy little ones.  Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel and please let us know if you have anymore questions!

    Best Wishes!
