Which tours require a separate valid park admission? It used to plainly say on the Keys to the Kingdom tour that valid park admission was required. I don't see that on the tour information pages now.

Hello Allen!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I thoroughly enjoyed Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour when I participated last September.  There is something Endlessly Magical about walking through the infamous "Utilidor" and hearing a Cast Member discuss all of the finer details of the Magic Kingdom that many will never notice.

Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour does require Theme Park Admission for Magic Kingdom to participate. I also seem to remember it being stated directly on the site previously, however it seems to have been altered since that time.

To book an Event or Tour you are required to contact a Cast Member at (407)939-8687.  The Cast Member will inform you before you book whether or not Theme Park admission is required.

I would be happy to look into the Theme Park Admission requirements for any other Event or Tour for you, if you prefer. Simply submit an inquiry stating the Events or Tours you are interested in through the Disney Parks Moms Panel(or to me directly) and we will let you know.

My rule of thumb for Tours requiring Theme Park Admission is that if the Tour occurs in 1 Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park, then Admission is required whether it states it directly on the Tour site or not.

If a Tour, like Starlight Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, starts an ends outside of the Theme Parks, then it generally does not require Theme Park Admission.

    Happy Touring!
