Springtime is upon us! Along with the nice weather and blooming flowers, there is so much magic flowing throughout the Disneyland Resort.
Park tours are a great way to learn more about the park, its rich history, and our favorite pal, Walt Disney!
At the time of this writing, there are three guided tours available at Disneyland:
- Disneyland Railroad Guided Tour: This 90-minute tour focuses on Walt’s love for trains and how it shaped Disney animations, films, and, of course, theme parks. You will embark on a special ride aboard the exclusive Lilly Belle Presidential Train Car and have the opportunity to interact with a train engineer!
- A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour: This tour takes you on a 2-hour journey through the special moments that have unfolded throughout Disneyland’s 70-year history! You will enjoy scenic rides on two of the park’s original attractions while on the tour, and a reserved viewing area for a nighttime spectacular later during your park day.
- Women Who Make the Magic Guided Tour: This brand-new tour offers a peek into Disneyland history through the stories of the dynamic women who helped bring the park to life!
My planDisney pals and I enjoyed the 70th Anniversary tour together last year, and I was in awe of how much legacy is embedded throughout Disneyland. Once you put on the headphones, the music, along with your tour guide, immerses you in the journey. My favorite part was the keepsake that we received from the tour. I have it in my office today!
