    Is the A Touch of Disney event have in and out privileges? For example, if I went into DCA, but wanted to grab lunch at Downtown Disney, would I be let back into DCA?

    I’m so happy that you were able to snag tickets to the all-new limited-time event, A Touch of Disney! You’re going to sample beloved snacks, new meals, specialty drinks and cocktails to Disney California Adventure Park. You’ll also enjoy special photo opportunities and fun Character interactions. I can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself! 

    I attended this magical event a couple of weeks ago and I can confirm that you will have in and out privileges. When you first arrive at the event, your digital confirmation will be scanned and you’ll be presented with a paper ticket and Disney Dining Card. Your paper ticket will be needed in order for you to re-enter the event if you decide to head out and explore the Downtown Disney District.

    If you do have lunch in Downtown Disney, may I make a recommendation for dessert? Head over to Salt & Straw! This ice cream shop is great when you're in the mood for something sweet! My favorite is a double scoop of Freckled Mint TCHO-colate Chip and Dandelion Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies & Cream! You won’t be disappointed! For convenience, I always ask for my ice cream in a cup with a sugar cone on top.
