Would it be totally horrid to wear a Cinderella live action dress to the original cinderella meal at 1900 Park Fare. This Momma is worried about the pics looking odd

    Hi Laura,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

My family and I finally had dinner at 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa during our last vacation and I can safely say that it has now become our favourite Character Dining experience at Walt Disney World Resort. Cinderella and her stepsisters are a hoot! They covered my son in big lipstick kisses and Lady Tremaine made it quite clear that she expected him to marry one of her daughters when he was of age in 15 years (give or take).

I wouldn’t worry at all about the fact that someone in your party plans to wear the live action version of Cinderella’s dress to the meal. Our fellow diners were wearing a bunch of different princess dresses, not just Cinderella’s. I also remember one little girl who was wearing the “wedding” dress from the new live action movie - she was absolutely precious! Your pictures will still look fantastic, and Cindy will be absolutely flattered that someone chose to honour her by wearing a replica of one of her iconic ball gowns.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us if you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
