totally confused!after reading reviews abt coronado i'm not sure where to stay.how much walking is thr? son is 10 and daughter is turning sweet16 the day we arrive.they have nvr been to wdw.proly gng wth POFQ.is it worth the $300 instd of the value resorts

Hi - Coronado Springs definitely is one of the larger resorts - depending on where your room is, you will have to do some walking.  However, it has the nicest rooms of all of the moderate resorts and really is a beautiful resort.

If you are looking for something a little more intimate, Port Orleans French Quarter is the best option.  It's very walkable, and has lots of charm.  As a moderate resort, it does have a few things that the value resorts don't have, including a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room and a water slide at the pool.

Whether it's worth the $300 really depends on your family.  Do you plan on spending lots of time at the pool or in the room?  Or is it just a place to sleep?  Will you need a refrigerator?  The value resorts are still very nice, so they are a great option for families looking to save money.

I hope that helps!  Good luck, and have a great vacation!
