    I am torn between Spirit of Aloha and Hoop Dee Doo. When I made my reservations the guy on the phone really reccommended Hoop Dee Doo. We are coming in December and are a family of 5. 3 Girls ages 5,10 and 13

    Hi Jennifer!

    I would have to agree with the Cast Member you spoke with Hoop Dee Doo Musical Review is a lot of fun and I think most children you prefer it over the Spirit of Aloha Luau at the Polynesian.  I've never met anybody who did not enjoy Hoop Dee Doo, and unfortunately I can't say the same for the Luau at the Polynesian.  That said, my wife and I enjoy both shows!

    If you do decide to go with Hoop Dee Doo, and you're not staying at Fort Wilderness, then I recommend getting there via a boat from the Magic Kingdom.  The boat ride is very relaxing and a lot of fun.  It takes about 20 minutes for the trip.
