Hi! On the topic of Vinylmation (love them!), I've heard you can make trades with cast members (few doubles, I would love to get different ones). Is this true? Where can it be done? Only at D-Street or are their places in the park too? Thanks!

    Hi Ryan!

My son and I have really gotten into collecting Vinylmations and let me tell you they are addicting!  We used to collect Disney Pins and trade them in the Parks, but we have switched to Vinylmations now because we love them so much!  Yes, you can make Vinylmation trades in Walt Disney World in the stores in in the Parks and in the Resorts as well as in some of the stores at Downtown Disney.  Typically in most Walt Disney World stores there are three open trade boxes (where you can see what you are trading for) and 20 blind box trading options (you pick a number from 1-20 and receive whatever is in that box without seeing what it is).  If you don't see the Vinylmation trading boxes in a store , make sure to ask the Cast Members if they participate in Vinylmation Trading because sometimes they have the trading boxes behind the counter.   You are allowed to make two trades in each location.  My son and I have traded a few times and it is very fun.

I hope that you have a blast trading Vinylmations on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
