You will think you are sitting in New York City at a Broadway Show with the amazing singing, dancing, and staging of this production. For the thrill seekers, head to the AquaMouse water coaster up on deck for a splashing good time!
When I am planning a cruise, I try to make each port of call a bit different. I like to have a beach day, an adventure day, then a day trying something completely new that my family has not experienced. However, maybe your family can't get enough beach time, so lean heavy toward beach chairs and sand!
During your cruise, you have a
Castaway Cay stop on your itinerary. This is truly the ultimate beach day so enjoy every minute of it! Hop off the ship as soon as you are cleared and find the perfect spot for a day of sun, sand, and fun. Port Adventures are available at Castaway Cay or simply spend the day relaxing.
Your other two ports of call are Tortola and St. Thomas. I would suggest choosing a day where you enjoy the water with
boating, snorkeling, or kayaking. Another day you might choose a museum, hiking, or
ziplining. All of these activities are yours for the choosing, so you get to pick
Port Adventures that your family might enjoy. Whatever you choose, I suggest booking prior to your cruise for the best selection of excursions and times. If you decide to wait until you board the ship, head to the Port Adventures Desk where they will help you book the perfect adventure for your travel party.
Deciding on Port Adventures can be difficult with so many fun options. Check with the family if there is something they are looking forward to or something they have always wanted to try. My kids are big fans of
4x4 adventures, so we try to fit that in during our cruises, but we always find something new to experience to keep it fun.
