What are the top 10 best attractions for a 5 1/2 year old boy at Disney?

This is a great question although I suspect you would get different answers from the members of the Moms Panel. Moms know that each child is different. Some children have a high tolerance for fast rides, attractions in the dark, loud fireworks and things that spin. Other kids may find those kinds of activities completely unnerving.

I can only answer from my own personal experience.

Favorite WDW attractions (in no particular order):

    1. Tomorrowland Speedway
    2. Buzz Lightyear
    3. The Boneyard playground at Animal Kingdom
    4. Kilimanjaro Safari
    5. Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show at Hollywood Studios
    6. Disney Monorail
    7. Character Autographs
    8. Any parade
    9. Peter Pan
    10. Toy Story Mania

I'm sure that I'm leaving off something very important, however this list should guide you in determining some terrific attractions and activities for your child.

The best part of visiting with a small child is seeing the "world" through their eyes. Enjoy every minute of your vacation!
