Hi there, Cristina! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!
It sounds like you have returned home from a trip to the Disneyland Resort. I hope you had a splendid time at the parks and having your picture taken with Minnie Mouse! When the
Disney PhotoPass photographer took your photo, they most likely had you bring up a PhotoPass code on your phone using the
Disneyland app. By scanning that QR code, any photos they took were automatically linked to your Disneyland account. To see the photos, open your Disneyland app and tap the icon with the three horizontal lines. Then tap "Photos" to view your Disney PhotoPass photos. You can also view your photos online by clicking the "My Photos" link under the "My Disneyland" menu on the Disneyland Resort website.
To purchase and download photos, you can select the individual photos you want and buy them separately. Or you can purchase PhotoPass+ One Day in the Disneyland app to have access to all the photos captured on one day. After you purchase PhotoPass+ One Day, you will activate it by selecting the first photo taken on a particular day. After activating the product on that first photo, you will have access to download and share all the PhotoPass photos you have linked to your account from that one day. If you were in the parks for multiple days, you can purchase
Disney PhotoPass+ One Week on the Disneyland Resort website to have access to photos taken over the course of seven days.
I hope this helps! Have a magical day!
