No need to worry, you can contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team by calling (407) 560-4300, and they can help locate that special memory for you! The Support Team is available from Mon-Sun, 9am-9pm EST. First, make sure that all of the MagicBands or cards that you may have used at Disney PhotoPass locations are linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you have trouble reaching the Support Team by phone, you can also e-mail them at DisneyPhotoPass_Support@DisneyWorld.com . Make sure to have the following information available: Date, approximate time the photo was taken, number of people in the photo, and a description of what you were wearing. Hopefully the Support Team can quickly locate your photo and link it to your My Disney Experience account for you.
